Cryo has helped my overall health tremendously. I feel a lot better physically and it gives me a boost of energy. I use it to treat my psoriasis and chronic pain that I have throughout most of my body. I used to do it 5-6 times a week. But now I do it 2-3 times a week.
Suggestions/Tips:
– stretch any particular part of your body that needs the most attention
– drink water before AND after
– when I’m in the chamber, I stay in one position-if I move around the “air” starts to move around and I get colder (or mentally get colder)
– people like talking and people like to somewhat meditate when in the chamber. I choose the latter most of the time AGAIN these tips help me …not for all individuals but they might help if you try!
